Valuations/Feasibility/Viability Studies And Market Reports
Our team of Estate Surveyors and valuers undertake valuations covering land and other tangible assets. Our reports comply with IFRC and RICS and NIESV standards. We are able to bridge the deep information asymmetry in the Nigerian Real estate market through our strong networks and extensive research to conduct balanced, market research and produce credible reports.
We also develop and maintain Cortts Business suite, a data and content management system and platform that allows businesses to effectively manage property reporting. Our digital property platforms utilizes property and market data collected by Cortts to provide support to our clients in their decision making. These digital platforms provide pertinent information about the property market with which our clients can make informed investment and other decisions. Some of our clients currently utilizing this platform include NNPC, Seaview Estate Limited and Joe Faraday Limited amongst others.
Property Management
In Cortts’ role as property manager, we perform such functions as negotiating rents, ensuring that tenants comply with the covenants contained in the lease agreements, as well as carrying out other functions that will ensure the maximization and preservation of the client’s investment in the property. Our work as property managers also involves the preparation of reports and specifications for works including, and providing renovation works.
